solutions in the field of high power ultrasound for the pulp and paper
industry. The company has a unique competency with solid experience in
the paper making process together with a comprehensive knowledge in
acoustics. Ultra Technology has access to the small pilot paper machine PMXp, located in
Markaryd in the south of Sweden. The amenities also include a fully
equipped paper laboratory.
The fundamental idea is to use high power ultrasonics in different
processes. The first attempts were made back in 1994. Since then, our
technology has been tested and proven several times. The first efforts
are concentrated in the area of paper production, but the patent
portfolio includes several patents covering high power
ultrasounics applications for several continuous industrial processes.

withstand the harsh environment in a paper machine. In order to create
robustness, our products are manufactured to a high precision from
high grade stainless steel and titanium. They can furthermore be installed in the
